The Sunglasses

Before I went to Planet Fitness  I decided to stop over at Kohl's and use my 30% off on a new pair of sunglasses. I was HAPPY when I saw a pair I liked right away.

I noticed that the glasses didn't have a tag so asked a sales girl about them. I ended up at the service desk where they decided that these glasses must have been left by someone.

Another sales girl went back and brought up the most expensive pair of glasses they had and semi suggested I could buy the ones I liked for this price because they were similar. I declined as they weren't Kohl's sunglasses to begin with.

As I was leaving the store an elderly woman was sitting down waiting for someone. I told her what had happened. We both laughed that I ONLY wanted some item that wasn't even Kohl's.

All of a sudden this elderly woman asked, "What exactly did those glasses look like?" I told her. To my surprise she said, "I'm going to go back in the store and tell them that those glasses are mine! Then I'll come out here and give them to you." HUH?!?!

I started to laugh and said, "I don't think the Lord would like this idea." She started to laugh too and agreed. Then I added, "But I think the Lord is smiling that we're having fun tossing around the idea. smile emoticon
